Pier 260, Keansburg
What: Ground has just been broken for Pier 260, a three-story bar and restaurant that will serve American cuisine and fresh seafood come fall. The space will feature a large doughnut-shaped bar and a roof deck with an outdoor bar in the future. The waterfront location, at the corner of Beachway and Raritan avenues, has "million dollar views" of the bay and the New York City skyline, promises owner Ritesh Shah.
When: fall 2018
