This Forum is to update and share the revitalization and all the great changes happening in 

Keansburg was ranks as the No. 1 bargain beach town in the country, according 
to a report by RealtyTrac printed in the New York Post on July 5, 2016.
According to the article, our charming Jersey Shore town is going through a revitalization plan that will emphasize its rich maritime history, but its best feature might be its prices.
New Jersey is one of the most expensive states to live in, with housing costs far above average. Still, if you’re looking for a beach town bargain, New Jersey is the place to be. Housing data firm RealtyTrac in 2016 ranked oceanside towns across the country and Keansburg was named the Best Value. It was chosen due to a mix of factors including median home price, air quality, safety (registered criminal offenders per capita) and average summer air temperatures. Get the story here ...

Borough Council is also providing tax abatements and/or exemptions for the construction of commercial or industrial structures for five years.
